A traveller may be entitled to a refund under the Volaris Refund Policy if they cancel a Volaris flight within 24 hours of making their reservation. If the traveller decides to cancel after 24 hours, the airline will impose a fee; the remaining sum will be credited as a Volaris cancellation refund to the original form of payment. The Volaris cancellation policy does not apply to reservations that are cancelled less than seven days before a flight's departure.
